HCE was founded by a mechanical engineer with a background in engineering and manufacturing. Early experience involved working on complex systems, from design and analysis to fabrication, testing and installation in demanding environments.
After moving to the UK, the focus shifted towards building hands-on experience within the construction and building services sector. Over several years, this included working across a wide range of trades, gaining practical knowledge of how buildings function, from plumbing and heating to full system installations.
HCE was established in 2022, with a clear goal — to provide reliable, professional HVAC services built on both technical knowledge and practical experience. Since then, the company has steadily grown, building a strong client base across London and expanding into commercial and multi-site projects.
Today, HCE supports both residential and commercial clients, delivering installation, maintenance and long-term service support.
